TROLLS
The south Pierce County area is extremely fortunate that Northwest Trek Wildlife Park is hosting, now until January 24, 2027, the exhibit: TROLLS: A Field Study, by Thomas Dambo. This is a traveling exhibit created by the internationally-renowned, Danish recycle artist.
PASSPORT TO EATONVILLE
More importantly, the Eatonville Business Association is offering a passport challenge for Trek visitors who decide to make the trip into town to shop, eat and explore other local offerings. In EBA's visitor promotion, "Trek Into Eatonville," those visitors will carry passports to be stamped by participating businesses and non-profit organizations. Once they collect 10 passport stamps, they will be able to turn in their completed passport to receive a commemorative Eatonville keychain.
WALKING TOUR
Among the many visitor offerings available here in town during this promotion is the South Pierce County Historical Society's self-guided walking tour of the town's original main street, "In the Foothills of Tahoma - A Community Grows." For a great time, visit Trek, view Dambo's forest trolls, absorb their messages for humans, then bring your "Trek Into Eatonville" passport to town and take advantage of discounts and free offerings!
